The Human Resource Strategist position at A P Ventures is a temporary role focused on leading a short-term project aimed at enhancing the learning and development component of the client's organization. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion. The strategist will be responsible for developing a detailed project plan that includes timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and extensive experience in requirement gathering, as well as a strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. In this role, the strategist will conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, translating these requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables. They will act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating regular meetings and communication to keep everyone informed of project progress and any changes. The strategist will also collaborate closely with team members, including a Training Specialist and SharePoint Developer, to ensure seamless project execution and foster a supportive team environment. Additionally, the strategist will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular project status reports to the Learning and Development Manager and other key stakeholders, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and documenting lessons learned for future reference. They will assist in developing training materials and provide support to the Learning and Development team to ensure effective implementation of project outcomes.
