About the position

The Human Resource/Talent Acquisition Intern at Wesley Enhanced Living will perform a variety of administrative duties and provide project support to the Talent Acquisition department. This internship, lasting for 2 weeks, focuses on supporting the recruitment process and assisting with various projects within the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support for recruitment by investigating certain issues and job seeker behaviors.
  • Researches to find commonalities regarding job seeker resumes.
  • Assists talent acquisition with developing and implementing recruitment strategies to fill job vacancies.
  • Completes other projects and assignments as the need arises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least one year of working in an office environment experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and good multi-tasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, a quick learner, and a confident contributor.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Strong organizational skills.
