The analyst will compile and submit required reports, maintain accurate records, and assist in various HR-related tasks as assigned. Responsibilities

  • Prepares, reviews and processes all requests for vacancy posting and ensures all administrative requirements are completed.
  • Train, advise and assist hiring managers in the posting, requisition and hiring processes.
  • Develop a training program for HR related subjects and professional development based on training needs assessment.
  • Present or facilitate employee training utilizing various instructional techniques or formats.
  • Assist HR Generalist with new employee onboarding and assimilating new employees into the institutional culture.
  • Coordinate employment background check process and ensure compliance with applicable statutes.
  • Prepare, analyze, process, and correct human resources transactions and documents for employee changes.
  • Advise internal and external applicants on the hiring process and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure required records are compiled and stored in compliance with applicable statutes and policies.
  • Compile, prepare, process and submit all required reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • One year of professional human resources or training experience, or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of general human resources practices.
  • Knowledge of training and development techniques.
  • Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.
  • Skill in analyzing and evaluating HR related issues.
  • Ability to develop professional documents and make presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions on sensitive issues.
  • Research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including database management and word processing.
