Responsibilities

  • Perform complex and comprehensive confidential technical and analytical duties related to Human Resources.
  • Monitor state and federal requirements related to HR functions.
  • Analyze and prepare confidential tasks including bargaining unit agreements and background checks.
  • Monitor and analyze credentialing requirements.
  • Organize assigned office activities and coordinate communications as a liaison between the Assistant Superintendent and HR staff.
  • Perform technical work for personnel functions including computer report preparation and special project assignments.
