About the position

The Human Resources Analyst position at Radiance Technologies involves providing comprehensive HR support within a fast-paced environment at Redstone Arsenal. The role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to manage various HR functions, including personnel actions, training coordination, and stakeholder communication, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with DoD regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Screen all visitors and telephone calls, requests for information, and meetings with extreme professionalism.
  • Manage MS Outlook calendars for unclassified and classified meetings, teleconferences, and video teleconferences.
  • Interface with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the Army and Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload in a high-pace and detail-oriented environment using independent judgment.
  • Develop PowerPoint briefings, Excel spreadsheets, and documentation using Word and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Update senior staff members on and coordinate personnel actions.
  • Review, monitor, and update personnel information databases.
  • Set up mandatory training requirements in the Total Employee Development (TED) system and monitor compliance.
  • Process training funding requests and publicize training opportunities.
  • Serve as a back-up for processing military personnel actions, with IPPS-A experience as a plus.
  • Coordinate on Manpower taskings from higher headquarters and serve as the primary Predictive Resource Staffing Model (PRSM) point of contact for the organization.
  • Report and document a variety of personnel actions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance related to the administration, communication, management, and planning for HR support activities.
  • Establish permanent and temporary files for important classified and unclassified projects and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret clearance upon hire and ability to maintain this level of clearance during employment.
  • High degree of professionalism and experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic work environment supporting multiple military, government civilian, and contractor team members.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources or administrative/management analyst experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, or an additional 6+ years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior government contracting experience and experience in federal human resources.
