About The Position
The Riverside County Human Resources Department is seeking multiple Human Resources Analysts (I, II, or III) to support the Employee Relations Investigation Unit. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations, conducting administrative investigations, and providing guidance on employee discipline related to harassment, discrimination, and workplace issues.
