About the position

Utilize extensive knowledge of Human Resources business processes, systems and information, the data base structure and reporting, consulting and analytical tools to provide accurate human resources information and analytics. Participate on global initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of reporting and analysis of the Human Resources function. Lead in the design, development and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of data using knowledge of Human Resources data management globally in support of key business objectives by partnering with regional and global Human Resource groups to ensure common delivery of Human Resource analysis to the business. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Interpret and communicate qualitative and quantitative data relying on knowledge of business and functional frameworks and leverage analytical problem-solving tools including FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and root cause analysis to draw conclusions that drive business insights, and assess quality of data. Collaborate with partners to apply sound judgment informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to diagnose, identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders and employees, with those of the organization. Develop metric dashboards and reporting for payroll, T&A and for various HR services utilizing knowledge of ServiceNow analytics SME. Participate in various Human Resources operational and functional excellence improvement projects, and support key global and regional Human Resources initiatives by providing data and information analysis. Administer the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to provide support for key Human Resources processes and improvement projects. Lead the delivery of training on reporting and analytics methodologies, tools and processes utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilize labor relations tools and methods to maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, and performance evaluation forms. Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revisions as needed. Utilize Six Sigma tools such as C&E (Cause and Effect Matrix), KJ (KJ Method) and Statistical data analysis to execute an implementation plan in a controlled approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Public Affairs, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Line Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Analytics Specialist, Operational Excellence Specialist, or related position.
  • Experience in Human Resources consulting.
  • Experience in Human Resources Data Management.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Experience with FMEA and root cause analysis.
  • Experience as a ServiceNow analytics SME.
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics methodologies.
  • Experience with Six Sigma tools such as C&E and KJ.
  • Experience in Statistical data analysis.
