We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll functions within our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, payroll processes, and labor regulations. The HR and Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. In this position, you will manage and oversee the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accurate calculation and distribution of salaries, wages, bonuses, and other payments. You will handle payroll taxes and deductions, including benefits and garnishments, and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly. Additionally, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals, handbook, and regulatory requirements. You will also manage employee onboarding, handle employee relations matters, administer employee benefits programs, and maintain employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Compliance is a key aspect of this role, as you will ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, prepare and submit required reports to government agencies, and conduct regular audits of HR and payroll activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. Furthermore, you will coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, and collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals. Your expertise will be crucial in advising management on HR issues and recommending effective solutions.
