About the position

The Benefits Coordinator will support the HR team by managing employee benefits inquiries, communicating with vendors, and assisting with open enrollment processes. This role requires a high level of organization and the ability to handle sensitive information with trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the employee benefits inbox and responding to requests in a timely manner
  • Communicating with vendors used for company benefits
  • Assisting with open enrollment

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related HR/Benefits Administration experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a strong attention to detail
  • Strong technical proficiency in various software including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate with all company employees, including Attorneys and Executives
  • Experience with ADP WorkForce Now (required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Workday (desired)
