About the position

The Human Resources Benefits Generalist at FC Industries is responsible for benefits administration and collaborating with HR colleagues, management, and employees across various HR functions. This role involves onboarding, recruitment support, organizing employee events, and contributing to the company's culture.

Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and management on various HR functions.
  • Support onboarding and recruitment processes.
  • Create and host employee events to enhance company culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold strong ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with benefits administration, wellness initiatives, FMLA, and ADA.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Paylocity and SharePoint.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
