About The Position

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of Human Resources experience, with 4 years in a business-facing role as a partner or consultant.
  • Experience in influencing business leaders and delivering results without direct authority.
  • Talent management and leadership coaching experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate Degree in HR, organizational psychology, or related areas.
  • Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI.

Responsibilities
