Boulder County Human Resources (HR) Department is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team! The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a journey-level classification. This position performs a variety of complex professional human resources duties and works with a considerable degree of independent judgment and decision-making. This position reports to a Senior HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager in the employee relations division and performs related work for the entire organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment and embody the HR Department's transparency, flexibility, and innovation values. We aim to provide superior customer service to all employees of Boulder County government.
