About the position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role at Kairos RPO is a strategic position focused on coaching and developing management teams, addressing operational challenges, and advocating for employees. This full-time position requires collaboration with corporate HR and business leadership to enhance employee performance and engagement while ensuring compliance with HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop subsidiary leaders on performance management, professional development, leadership, and succession planning.
  • Advise in all areas of HR including recruiting, employee relations, workforce planning, benefits, compensation, and leave management.
  • Partner with the corporate HR Operations team to successfully execute annual campaigns and day-to-day processes.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to contribute to the development of new HR programs and policies.
  • Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying tools, policies, and procedures to maximize employee performance and achieve organizational effectiveness.
  • Push the status quo and proactively surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to support business objectives.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner role aligned to senior leadership, with a background in generalist responsibilities.
  • Experience simplifying complex issues and designing operational solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate change and collaborate with diverse groups to create sustainable HR solutions.
  • Excellent active listening, influence, written/verbal communication, and conflict management skills.
  • A thorough understanding of HR practices, including employment law and regulations.
