Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 5-7 years of HR experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Skilled at influencing through relationships and data-driven insights.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proven track record in driving change.
