This role involves facilitating recruitment, classification, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with State Civil Service rules and federal laws. Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to state agencies on State Civil Service rules, guidelines, and procedures.
• Create job postings and requests for a selected group of state agencies.
• Evaluate applicant qualifications for classified jobs.
• Assist in reviewing positions to determine appropriate allocations and pay grade assignments.
• Process personnel actions in a statewide personnel database and audit records for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (six years in any field may substitute for the degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in employee relations.
