About the position

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential operations and support to the Human Resources team, playing a pivotal role in the onboarding of new employees and managing updates to company policies. This position is integral to executing special projects and performing various administrative functions that are crucial for the smooth operation of the HR department. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reporting on HR trends, and highlighting survey results related to both the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees. Additionally, the coordinator will be tasked with generating team-building opportunities for the Internal HR team, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. In this role, the HR Coordinator will facilitate the HR processes for new hires, ensuring that all necessary HR documents are completed for onboarding employees and contractors. The coordinator will plan and execute all logistics associated with the onboarding of new hires, coordinating closely with the internal onboarding team to ensure a seamless experience. Conducting thorough research to aid in policy development and communication is also a key responsibility, as is administering annual updates to both international and domestic policies. The coordinator will manage the administrative aspects of internal HR documentation, which includes maintaining the Intranet and policy guides. They will also facilitate the offboarding and termination processes, ensuring that all documentation and communication are handled efficiently. Tracking the inventory of materials provided to new hires and liaising with internal departments to submit orders with external vendors are additional tasks that will be part of this role. The HR Coordinator will prepare reports and metrics on survey results related to the onboarding and offboarding processes, and will concurrently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
