Hennepin County District Court invites qualified applicants for two Human Resources Coordinators in the Human Resources and Development Division (HRD). This position provides administrative coordination across the full complement of human resources services, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, leaves of absence, and employee relations. The individual in this role will work in support of judicial officers and administrative court staff. This position is full-time, non-exempt, and part of the Human Resources and Development Division located in the Hennepin County Government Center (300 S. 6th Street, Minneapolis, MN). Business hours for this position are 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., with some flexibility in work location and hours. Occasional travel within the Twin Cities or Greater Minnesota may be required. This is a hybrid role working both on-site and remotely, depending on business needs.
