About the position

Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for the Peripheral Interventions HR team. This role focuses on enhancing HR operations through accurate data entry, report generation, and employee support, while offering growth opportunities and a deeper understanding of HR practices within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize, and lead tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives related to general HR or employee matters.
  • Assist with agenda creation and provide logistical support for team meetings and events.
  • Generate data reports for HR and internal teams as needed.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars as required.
  • Prepare and organize data for HR initiatives, including the creation of files and documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint accessible through SharePoint.
  • Perform administrative duties such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and supply maintenance.
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as a valuable HR resource.
  • Support headcount planning activities, including processing headcount submission requests and tracking.
  • Address HR-related inquiries to help develop HR knowledge.
  • Maintain and update HR SharePoint resources to meet the business's ongoing needs.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for events, including catering, venue reservations, contracts, entertainment, and calendar management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience managing multiple calendars and appointments.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

  • Strong motivation and resourcefulness.
  • General knowledge of human resources concepts and procedures, with experience handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination support role.
