About the position

The Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter role is crucial for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This position focuses on enhancing employee experiences through effective onboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and coordinating training and development programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong relationship management skills, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing the new employee onboarding process, including paperwork, introductions, and overseeing training.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Staying updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company adherence.
  • Coordinating employee training programs and development opportunities, including conducting 30/60/90 day reviews.
  • Overseeing the employee experience to ensure it remains engaging and supportive from onboarding through ongoing development.
  • Handling general HR administrative duties like filing, data entry, and maintaining HR systems.
