About the position

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Nestlé Purina Pet Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the factory personnel and ensuring smooth operations within the Human Resources Department. You will assist in recordkeeping, maintaining Human Resources files and databases, and processing SAP (HRIS) changes as required. Your involvement in wellness efforts will be crucial, as you will coordinate and organize plant company functions aimed at enhancing employee health and morale. Furthermore, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation, ensuring that new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
