Additionally, the Coordinator will provide guidance to hiring managers regarding recruitment procedures and assist candidates with inquiries about company benefits. Tracking candidate progress during onboarding and following up to motivate completion of necessary documents are also key responsibilities. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills, capable of communicating effectively and maintaining confidentiality.
