About the position

The HR Coordinator at RG Beck AZ Inc. will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions within a manufacturing environment. This position involves a variety of clerical and administrative tasks aimed at enhancing company success, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR Manager to plan and execute day-to-day HR activities.
  • Handle the employee life cycle, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and assessments.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and managing employee new hire paperwork.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems for HR documentation.
  • Collect data for HR dashboard reporting.
  • Create networks within the community to support the organization's commitments.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust easily.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open office environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and use good judgment with high emotional intelligence.
  • Analytical-minded with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Strong MS Office skills and some employment regulatory experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with great follow-through on tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual is a plus.
