Summary: This position ensures the accurate and timely data entries into Access and HR programs that Nissin Foods USA utilizes. Responsible for performing clerical duties including scheduling, data processing, proofing daily reports, setting up and maintaining files, and preparation of routine/daily reports. Responsible for recruiting efforts including job posting, phone screening, interview scheduling, and data tracking. Job Duties: * Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing standard and specialized reports, summarizing information and identifying trends. * Provides weekly labor reports including tracking and trending of labor costs. * Provides periodic reports for use in the department and other departments within the organization. This includes distribution, posting, and filing of information. * Coordinates recruiting process from open requisitions to orientation, including screening and interviewing of applicants. * Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. * Must have good customer service skills * Participates in HR staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. * Performs various tasks, assignments, and projects as directed by plant management. * Answers any employee and supervisor inquiries regarding personnel related issues * Other tasks and duties as assigned Qualifications: * Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources management or equivalent preferred; or two to four years related experience in manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Language Skills: Must be Spanish Bilingual. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. * Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Strong Analytical skills. * Computer Skills: Must be proficient in programs as Word, Excel, Access and other applicable computer software.
