About the position

The Human Resources Data Analyst will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resource Department, focusing on the accuracy and maintenance of employee information within HR systems. This role serves as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data management support across HR including data entry into HRIS, timekeeping software and complete employee filing system.
  • Continuous data clean-up and ensuring integrity of data to meet quality control procedures and performance metrics.
  • Create and implement a quality control procedure to ensure HR data integrity. Perform continuing data audits, identifying issues, and working with applicable departments to remedy issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and update HRIS process documentation, standard operating procedures, operational guide, and end-user documents.
  • Seek to continue to improve HR integrity by identifying thorough analysis and seeking areas for improvement.
  • Perform regular system maintenance testing requirements for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and working closely with other departments to ensure efficient integrations of systems.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and new hire experience.
  • Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9; periodically audits Forms I-9.
  • Interact with all company personnel in a pleasant, helpful, and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Draft memos and other company-wide correspondence as necessary.
  • Respond to employee questions/concerns.
  • Provide reports to management as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR data management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping software.
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data audits and quality control procedures.
