About the position

Sante Health System is seeking a full-time Human Resources Data Analyst to leverage insights into organizational data to enhance stakeholder decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR data analytics, utilizing HRIS platforms to manage and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance decision making and operational performance through leveraging people and organizational data.
  • Provide technical support for HRIS including research and resolution of system issues.
  • Complete routine and ad hoc HRIS audits to ensure data accuracy and effective data capturing.
  • Mine, analyze, and interpret data related to the employee lifecycle including staffing, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Create and automate reports to surface insights and identify areas for operational enhancement.
  • Develop stakeholder reports and presentations to facilitate improved decision making and process improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards with performance metrics.
  • Manage and maintain HRIS system user account permissions and settings for data access and security.
  • Research, develop, and implement technology tools to enhance HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create technology solutions for learning management systems to support employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and management of user account permissions.
  • Experience with iSolved HCM is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst with strong technical skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Skilled in data collection and statistical analysis.
