About the position

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to support the People Analytics function within the Human Resources & Inclusion department. This role focuses on maintaining and validating human capital data, creating reports and dashboards, and providing analytical support to inform decision-making aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work three days a week for collaboration and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of employee data within Workday.
• Create and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards in Tableau and Excel.
• Work with internal and cross-functional groups to enhance data analytic processes.
• Assist with employee listening programming, including analysis and interpretation of survey results.
• Provide ongoing and ad-hoc support to functional users of human capital data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience required (three years for level II).
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Tableau (or equivalent data visualization software).
• Experienced with Workday HCM (or similar), including recruiting, talent management, and workforce planning modules.
• Self-starter who can independently identify and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
• Critical thinker with the ability to understand how data relates to business operations.
• Ability to manage projects and competing priorities.
