About The Position
The Human Resources Data/Process Analyst Specialist at Ferris State University is a pivotal role responsible for delivering a wide range of HR support and functions. The analyst will also serve as the primary contact for training new HR staff and will troubleshoot employee access issues, ensuring a smooth operational flow within the department. The Human Resources Data/Process Analyst Specialist will report directly to the AVP/Chief Human Resources Officer and will be involved in various responsibilities that include analyzing current HR business processes, designing new processes to enhance efficiency, and maintaining compliance with university policies and regulations. The role also emphasizes the importance of maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling HR and employee information, aligning with the university's mission and core values.
