About the position

The Human Resources Data and Process Auditor at Ardent Health Services is responsible for auditing HR system data, analyzing current processes, and providing recommendations for enhancements and improvements. This role supports the HR shared service team and HRIS team by ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and providing training on HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively audits and troubleshoots employee-related HRIS and HR shared service information and processes.
  • Generates and reviews employee data reports and researches process errors.
  • Provides information to HR Operations leaders regarding processes and implications of change.
  • Performs regular updates and liaises with HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
  • Completes documentation and inputs information into HRIS and related databases based on procedures.
  • Reviews employee transaction information in HR systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensures adherence to standardization strategy and monitors out-of-ordinary situations.
  • Generates scheduled and ad-hoc reports from HR systems for data checks and statistical information requests.
  • Maintains and updates HR system and HR shared services procedure and process documents.
  • Participates in other duties as assigned, including education seminars and training programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two years' related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience handling HR processes surrounding employee record creation and changes.
  • Experience identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner and gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
  • Experience presenting data and information in a concise, clear, and meaningful manner to individuals and small groups.
  • Working knowledge of complex Human Resources ERP systems such as ServiceNow, iCIMS, HealthStream, UKG, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
