About the position

The Human Resources Data Solutions Analyst at Novant Health plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Business Partner (BP) team to manage administrative duties and support data-related tasks. This position involves compiling and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics to provide insights and recommendations for recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies. The analyst will also assist in developing meaningful dashboards and requires a strong blend of analytical skills, project management knowledge, and an understanding of information systems best practices. The role is hybrid, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Partner team to handle administrative duties and support data tasks.
• Compile and analyze Human Resources data, metrics, and statistics.
• Make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies based on data analysis.
• Act as a resource for the Business Partner team in compiling information and data.
• Develop meaningful dashboards to present HR data insights.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems.
• Three years of experience in data analytics required.
• Three years of experience in Management Information Systems required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros.
