About The Position
The Director of Human Resources supports the Agency by leading HR functions aligned with its mission, vision, and values, and in compliance with Connecticut laws. As a member of the President's Cabinet, the Director oversees recruitment, talent management, employee development, workforce planning, payroll, HRIS, and employee and labor relations. We foster a family environment where every team member has a voice in shaping the company's direction and are committed to community involvement.
