About the position
The Human Resources Director (HRD) at Brynn Marr Hospital is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all human resource activities within the facility. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and serving as a professional resource for facility management on HR-related matters. The HRD plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that the hospital's HR practices align with its mission of providing quality behavioral health services.
Responsibilities
- Execute Human Resource activities for all functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
- Serve as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Master's degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a human resource professional.
- 3 years of management experience required.
- 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
Nice-to-haves

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
