About the position

Certus Healthcare Management is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to advance their career into a Director position, focusing on creating a positive work environment and managing HR functions within a Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PBJ (Payroll-Based Journal) reporting
• Manage payroll processes
• Oversee day-to-day HR functions
• Create a positive work environment for employees
• Implement employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate referral programs and employee incentives

Requirements

• Knowledge of Human Resources
• Prior experience in HR in Long Term Care is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in human resources
