About the position

The HR Director at CULTA will provide strategic HR leadership and expertise across various business functions to support the company's mission and operational plans. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives, implementing critical people initiatives, and fostering an engaging work environment. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition, while driving initiatives to position CULTA as a top employer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR leadership and consulting across business functions.
  • Align Human Resources strategies with business strategies.
  • Implement critical people initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational excellence.
  • Partner with executives to design and deliver a comprehensive people agenda.
  • Resolve complex people issues with a balanced approach.
  • Analyze data to present strategic business cases.
  • Foster teamwork across a matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in management roles.
  • Strong consultative skills and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
  • Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience partnering with executives.
  • Track record of resolving complex people issues.
  • Commercial decision-making focus on business outcomes.
  • High levels of drive and energy in a dynamic organization.
  • Passion for leading change and challenging the status quo.
  • Broad HR expertise across the employee lifecycle.
