About the position

The Employee Relations Specialist at Transworld Systems, Inc. is responsible for addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. This remote position involves maintaining data accuracy, reporting metrics, and analyzing employee relations trends to support the overall health of the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Help investigate employee complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with TSI policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of employee relations policies.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees regarding workplace issues and concerns.
  • Work with ER Manager to develop training programs on employee relations topics.
  • Assist with training managers/supervisors.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics and report to ER Manager.
  • Prepare reports on trending ER issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of cases, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions and performance management.
