The Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing team member relations, ensuring a positive work environment, and addressing any issues that arise within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to conflict resolution and a strong understanding of employee relations processes. The specialist will handle team member relations by investigating and responding to issues such as complaints, harassment allegations, and concerns regarding working conditions. Collaboration with various teams and department employees is essential, as the specialist will provide advice and recommendations to guide the resolution of work-related conflicts for team members, supervisors, and department leaders. Reporting findings and consulting with leadership on appropriate actions will be a key responsibility, as well as conducting employee surveys and exit interviews to identify and address issues within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conflict management skills and have experience in delivering HR process improvement actions. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are critical, along with the ability to work closely and successfully with others to deliver results. Adaptability to changing needs and responsibilities as dictated by the company is also essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or other related subject areas.
  • Employee relations and investigations experience at a global company for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws.
  • Familiarity with the biotech industry.
