About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  • Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
  • Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs
  • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to improve guest experience
  • Thank the guest genuinely and express appreciation for their choice to shop at Target
  • Know the store sales goals and trends impacting business results
  • Work with HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs
  • Execute intentional recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire talent
  • Support the training needs of the store's sales force and advocate for continuous learning
  • Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
  • Act as an open door by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders
  • Deliver on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Work safely and identify hazards, complying with safety policies
  • Perform other duties based on business needs
