About the position

The Human Resources Field Support Specialist at Swire Coca-Cola plays a crucial role in advocating for employees while providing strategic HR solutions to managers and supervisors. This position focuses on building relationships with employees, supporting HR operational matters, and ensuring the fair application of company policies. The specialist will also implement HR initiatives and communicate effectively with both employees and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Employees by being present and building relationships with them.
• Support employees in day-to-day HR operational matters such as onboarding and training.
• Coach and support managers on HR matters including policy interpretation and tool usage.
• Ensure fair, equitable, and consistent application of all company policies and procedures.
• Deliver relevant HR information to employees and leaders using appropriate communication tools.
• Implement and drive adoption of HR initiatives and provide feedback on these initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
• Previous Manufacturing/Warehouse experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate now and in the future.
