The Human Resources Generalist - Benefits/Leaves position at Network180 is a full-time role focused on benefits administration and employee leaves of absence. Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in benefits administration and leaves of absence.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Human Resources on benefits strategy.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Perform routine HR transactional processes using relevant software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Labor and Industrial Relations, Management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of benefits administration and leaves of absence experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid quantitative/analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of current labor-related federal, state, and local statutory regulations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders.
