Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration of Human Resources activities related to employee benefits programs.
• Manage various benefits including medical, dental, vision, and leave programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies regarding employee benefits.
• Assist the Human Resources Department with various program activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Two years of Human Resources work experience, including benefits-related responsibilities.
• General knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, and benefits law.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy while interacting with the public and management.

Nice-to-haves

• Multilingual skills preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
