This bilingual position (English/Spanish) is responsible for various HR duties including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and training. The role emphasizes building a diverse and inclusive workplace while partnering with local leadership to address HR-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations to employees and management.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Source candidates, screen, and recruit job applicants for various positions.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to match candidates with job requirements.
• Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation for employees.
• Facilitate and provide training to the workforce.
• Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
• Respond to employee relations issues such as complaints and harassment allegations.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data for continuous improvement recommendations.
• Represent the company for unemployment claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Minimum of three years related experience in Human Resources.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
