The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding efforts
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements
• Build strong relationships with company managers to assist with HR needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
