About the position

In addition to these responsibilities, you will conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process through HR sourcing and talent acquisition. Managing employee evaluation processes and providing feedback for performance improvement will also be part of your duties. You will handle conflict management and resolution among employees, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
