About the position

As a Human Resources Generalist with a focus on full-cycle recruiting at Mashura LLC, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role requires a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a broad understanding of HR practices. You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates while also handling various HR generalist duties. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough job analyses, creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, managing interviews, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline to ensure a seamless hiring experience. In addition to your recruiting responsibilities, you will administer and update HR policies, manage employee relations, oversee benefits administration, coordinate performance management processes, and support the development of training programs. You will also assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping for all HR-related activities. Responsibilities

  • Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conducting thorough job analyses and creating compelling job descriptions that align with company needs.
  • Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Managing and conducting interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring the best talent is selected.
  • Maintaining and nurturing a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from application to hire.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitating a smooth onboarding process, from new hire orientations to coordinating training sessions.
  • Administering and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Overseeing benefits administration, assisting employees with enrollment and addressing any questions or issues.
  • Coordinating performance management processes, including annual reviews and ongoing feedback initiatives.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all HR-related activities.
  • Participating in developing organizational guidelines and procedures to improve overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Broad knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR generalist responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
