The HR Generalist will also be responsible for screening applicants, coordinating testing, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations. They will manage employee attendance records, process unemployment claims, and participate in unemployment hearings as necessary. This position requires regular attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
