About the position

The HR Generalist/HRBP position at a global ERP systems development and implementation company involves managing daily HR operations and implementing new policies to foster a high-performance culture. This role is critical in supporting the company's long-term objectives through effective HR initiatives and compliance with regulations across North and South America.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for North and South America affiliates and ensure compliance with state, federal and international regulations.
  • Partner with company leadership and HR Manager to implement HR initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives.
  • Assist in the ongoing administration of HR programs related to succession planning, performance management, total rewards/benefits, and learning & development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in coaching operations supervisors on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • Align department with organizational growth and change through talent acquisition and employee development strategies.
  • Revise and implement new HR policies, processes, and strategies that align with organizational growth and change.
  • Provide company leadership with accurate reporting and metrics that identify the need for organizational change and demonstrate program effectiveness.
  • Utilize reporting tools to acquire and analyze metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 plus years of human resources experience with a technology or professional services organization.
  • Previous experience in managing tactical responsibilities as well as designing and implementing strategic HR programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources.
  • Strong understanding of change-management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of talent strategy related to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent development to support organizational growth and change.
  • Must have strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High intermediate to advanced Excel skills and aptitude with HRIS functionality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
