The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR projects and operations, driving process optimization strategies, and leveraging technology and best practices. In this role, the HR Generalist will act as a collaborative partner, providing leadership and support for HR projects from conception to implementation and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The candidate will participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback, driving change management to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions. The position also involves identifying and implementing process optimization strategies, designing, executing, and maintaining HR programs and initiatives, and constantly seeking ways to optimize HR processes while contributing to the development and training of the workforce. Additionally, the HR Generalist will manage vendor interactions, assist in job postings and onboarding of contingent workers, and help develop and execute statements of work (SOW) or service agreements. The role includes conducting impact analysis, drafting and sending separation packages via DocuSign, and monitoring the execution of terms and conditions. The candidate will lead auditing and data validation efforts to ensure the highest standards of data integrity, conduct root cause analysis, and provide insights to management through analytical skills and integration of HR metrics and trends. Furthermore, the HR Generalist will conduct the annual review of policies and procedures, execute updates to training materials, and develop content as necessary.
