The Facility Human Resources Generalist will provide a broad range of HR services to support: recruitment and succession planning, leave management and employee relations. This role will also provide support with both employment law and policy interpretation, compensation, staffing and benefits administration. The Facility Human Resources Generalist will also assist with employee rewards and recognition, as well as with regulatory compliance guidance and HR reporting too. This role works onsite Monday to Friday at our Nestle Health Science USA Manufacturing Facility in San Antonio, Texas.
