About the position

The Human Resources Generalist position is a critical role within the manufacturing sector, focusing on various aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field and hold a Bachelor's degree. This role involves the administration and implementation of key Human Resource programs, including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Wellness, and Talent Acquisition. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in developing and executing employee recruitment and retention programs, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. In addition to recruitment and retention, the HR Generalist will be responsible for addressing employee issues and questions, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization. Collaboration with leadership is essential, as the HR Generalist will assist in strategic planning and goal setting to align HR initiatives with the overall business objectives. Furthermore, the role includes the administration of Employee Benefit, Casualty, Risk, Workers Compensation, and Safety programs/projects, ensuring compliance and effective management of these critical areas. The HR Generalist will also be involved in performance management processes, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to research and resolve employee concerns effectively. Overall, the HR Generalist will contribute to creating a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and organizational success.

Responsibilities
