Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Department in a part-time temporary role. This position operates under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting the HR function for an 800-employee operating unit. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties and will leverage their business knowledge and human resources expertise in areas such as employee relations, unemployment, policies and procedures, onboarding, and performance management.
