About the position

The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in the organization by serving as a key point of contact for all staff members, from entry-level employees to the executive team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, which includes recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. In this position, the HR Generalist will document new employees' data in accordance with the company's privacy policy, maintaining employee files securely and confidentially. The role also requires advising management on compliance with employment laws and labor relations issues, ensuring that the company adheres to all EEOC regulations regarding employment practices and employee benefits. Furthermore, the HR Generalist will assist in payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department. Responsibilities
